Team Profiles

Shelley was the District Manager for ANZ Business Banking, responsible for a team of up to 50 staff across a dozen business centres. She led the business unit in customer and staff satisfaction metrics, risk management and compliance, profitability and growth.

Prior to joining the Bank in 2001, Shelley was a self-employed management consultant based out of Tauranga. Her areas of expertise include recruitment, business process re-engineering, organisational development and change management, performance management, and personnel procedures and systems. Sectors she has worked in include telecommunications, insurance, health, education, aviation, retail, manufacturing, professional services, internet-based service providers, forest products, dairy and energy.

Shelley also has ten years’ senior governance experience, at the Chair, Deputy Chair and Director level.

Shelley has a Bachelor of Commerce, is a long-time accredited member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand, holds provisional accreditation with the Institute of Directors, and is an accredited user of the Saville & Holdsworth range of psychometric assessments.

Shelley sits on the National Council of the Institute of Directors and is an elected member of the Priority One Economic Growth Advisory Council. Her principal interest is in finding creative ways to grow a stronger economy.

Tracy joins us fresh from her role as District Operations Assistant with the ANZ. She has a great reputation as a Chief Party Organiser, developed through her international career in hotel management, and has received many accolades for her customer service. She has hands-on experience with various office systems and implementation of processes in different business environments.

Tracy has a Certificate in Hotel Management from the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic and is a permanent member of the Waikato Rivertones Chorus, part of Sweet Adelines International. The Chorus competed in an International Competition for mid-sized choruses in San Antonio Texas in 2007 and were thrilled to win 1st place in the world! Her new title is now "the Champ"!

Paula Baker began her career in hospitality management in London. Her experience included responsibility for recruitment, training and development, and general human resource management for a number of restaurants and bars. In 2001 Paula immigrated to New Zealand to start a new life in Aotearoa (the Land of the Long White Cloud).

Paula was keen to add more depth to her human resource and recruitment experience gained in the UK. She joined a global recruitment company in Auckland and developed a successful career as a consultant within the temporary and executive leasing space.

Paula relocated to Tauranga to take advantage of the lifestyle opportunities the area has to offer. Her research into Tauranga businesses brought her to the door of Right Click Employment Solutions, because of the vision the company has to think creatively about helping its clients build stronger businesses through quality people.

Paula enjoys the challenge and pace of recruitment and brings an enthusiastic and professional approach to her work.
